Garage remotes will only work after wiping out codes. I lose the keypad then and vice versa

I can only get one device to work at a time. I have to clear out the codes to get either the key pad or one remote to work. I've tried using the premium control console and get no response at the opener at all. Could this be a logic board problem?

If you are coding the remotes the right way then yes it would be a logic board problem. One question first, have you erased all devices out of the machine by holding down the colored learn button until the led light goes out? Most units can only have a certain amount of devices programmed to them. If more are programmed it kicks others out.

If this is not the case then yes replace the logic board. You will need to set the force adjustments too. Make sure and do a 2x4 safety reversal test afterwards. Thanks BB

This is a great place to go for advice, especially if you're low on funds and you could resolve the problem before calling and paying a service call, if it's an easy fix. I'm glad you are there for me.
