Where can I get information on building a handicap ramp for a disabled veteran?
I need to build a handicap ramp for a disabled veteran for his scooter. The ramp will be from his carport into his dining area. Two steps are involved. The distance is 13 inches to the concrete floor. The right side is brick with the left side open and will need a rail.
