If the remotes work and the keypad does not then your receiver is good and you need a new keypad. If both , remotes and keypad don't work and you have pressed the colored learn button and then the remote button, or the code and up/down and the light bulb does not blink then you need a new logic board with a receiver. We recommend a surge protector on all units, this will protect the units logic board from power surges that short out alot of them that are unprotected. Any of these products can be purchased at sears.com. BB
