The spring end of the cable will connect to key number 146. That is a bolt that holds the clutching idler to the idler bracket. It will come from underneath the bracket (plate) up and through the idler. Then will have a shoulder on top of it. That shoulder will have a flat washer for the spring to sit on. And there will be a little spring clip that goes through a hole in the bolt top to keep the spring from coming off.
