This would be a good time to change batteries, 9v. probably.

Typically this problem occurs when you have the opener vacation lock on. Go to the inside wall station that opens it from the inside. There willbe a light on there if it is wired correctly. If the wires are backwards then it still works but no light. If there is a light, is it blinking rapidly? There are 3 functions on this wall pad. Find the lock one and press and hold it for 3 seconds and let go. If there is a light it will be solid on now. If not just go try the keypad.

If you only have a door bell type inside button then this does not apply and if this does not work you either need a new keypad or logic board on the opener. You can find these at sears.com, have the model # ready. Make sure and do a 2x4 safety check after all is done. BB
