This would be a good time to replace batteries either way in the remotes. More information is always better but I will do my best with the details.

If they won't work the opener up and down find the colored learn button on the opener head and press it. Within 30 seconds press the remote button and the light bulb will flash. This tells you the opener has learned the code. No flash then you need a new logic board.

If it won't open it but will close it then the vacation lock is engaged. It is on the inside wall switch. Press and hold the lock button and the blinking light will change to solid. If still not right you need a new logic board.

If it won't close but will open then the safety eyes are out of allignment, debris in the way or they are damaged or the wiring is faulty. There should be a light on each safety eye when they are both right. Not flickering or off. If this is right and still not working then you need a new receiver. Make sure and do a 2x4 safety reversal test after. BB

I am having the same problem as above. I replaced all batteries with new ones. When I press the buttons to reset the codes the green light goes out. Is the Logic Board user replaceable?

This is a great place to go for advice, especially if you're low on funds and you could resolve the problem before calling and paying a service call, if it's an easy fix. I'm glad you are there for me.
