The keyless pad says Craftsman on the cover and it only has numeric (0-9) keys and an Enter key. The only numbers I was able to find on it was REV F ITI6 031D0359.
First make sure the batteries are good in the keypad.
There is a colored learn button on the motor head. Push this button and within 30 seconds enter the 4 digit code on the keypad and then press enter. The light bulb will flash, this tells you it has been coded.If it does not flash try again. If still not you need a new keypad. You can find one at sears.com. Have the model of opener ready. BBMember
