Have model 917.248910 grass catcher, need lower/upper chutes. Is there a part number for complete chutes?
Have model 917.248910 grass catcher, need lower/upper chutes. Is there a part number for complete chutes(s) or must all parts be ordered separate as shown on repair parts listing? Is Lower chute Part number 162803 just chute or complete with nuts/bolts/hook latch/etc.???? same for Upper chute number 126840? I need the entire chute from the deck up to the grass catcher.

There is no way to get a complete chute assembly like that. It all has to be ordered in pieces and the chutes do not come with the hardware on them so the hardware will need to be ordered as well. I would guess that the reason it's like that is that it's pretty rare to need all of that. Usually it's just a chute or some hardware that's needed.
