I am assuming that the remotes work and the keypad does not. If none work then it is a different problem and you will need to resubmit. More info is ALWAYS better than less.
First of all they are battery powered, usually a 9 volt. Test or replace it. Next there is a colored button on the back(single light) or the side(double light) of the motor unit. Press this and then enter the code on the keypad and then press the up/down button. The light bulb will flash once, this means it is coded. If not you may need a new keypad. It is electronic, and they do go out sometimes. BBMember
