What caused my garage door opener to stop working?

With the machine being new I'd recommend you check the basic things like the plug. Make sure it's plugged in securely. Make sure both safety sensors are lit up. If all that looks good, I'd recommend you have a technician come out. It could (should) be something pretty simple with it being new. I can't imagine it being anything really hard but there are just so many things that can make one just stop working.
