The only reason this problem will happen is the safety sensors. Make sure they are lit and not the sun on them or flickering. Also watch them all the way down to see if they stay lit all the way down. The only other thing to check is if they are clipped to the track, it can be loose off the jamb a bit and when it moves it can mess with the sensors. The next step is new sensors, I suppose that they could still be faulty if led's are lit. This is the cheapest fix, so do it first, unless you just replace the whole unit. BB
