I'm thinking about buying a house with a cracked foundation, how can that be fixed? No basement.

Most houses have cracked foundations - this is usually a result of the foundation settling more in one area than another. The rigid foundation cracks as a result. Usually this type of crack doesn't require repair and doesn't affect the structure of the house. There is a possibility that the crack is continuing to move, which would indicate a structural problem such as the soil isn't stable, however that would need to be reviewed by a structural engineer. A home inspector may also be able to give you a better idea if the crack is typical or more serious.

This is a great place to go for advice, especially if you're low on funds and you could resolve the problem before calling and paying a service call, if it's an easy fix. I'm glad you are there for me.
