Make sure the wall unit and the keypad work once more. If the wall pad works holding it down than it is a sensor problem. Also look at the wall pad and make sure the vacation lock is not on.
First make sure that you have installed the correct batteries(alot look the same but are different, look at the number on the orig. battery) and they are not upside down. Just to make sure you are erasing the old code before you try and program the new ones right? Hold down the learn button until the led light goes out this erases the old code. If you are already doing this and your key pad is wireless and sends a good signal, than I would say it is your remotes. Electronic devices do go out, especially remotes. It is odd that both are out at the same time. One other thought. Do you have a surge protector on the plug in for the motor? This protects the circuit boards in a power surge just like a computer. If you replace the remotes and still no action, then it is a circuit board problem. Any of these items can be purchased at Sears.com, have your model number ready. After any adjustment do a 2x4 safety reversal system. Thanks BBMember
