What is a contact number that I can use when calling from out of the country?
We would prefer to talk to someone about our garage door opener by phone. If you could give us your contact number we would appreciate it. We already have the 1-800-4MY-HOME but we cannot use it as we are calling from another country. The contact phone number cannot be toll free. Thanks.

I am not aware of a contact number for Sears that is not toll free. The 1-800-4MY-HOME phone number has agents that will provide troubleshooting on items that are still under warranty. There is not another Sears phone number that will provide troubleshooting for items that are no longer covered by a warranty. We provide that service through these answers from Experts. I recommend that you submit the questions that you have about your garage door opener through this website feature. Include details of the problem that you are having and the model number off of the garage door opener motor unit. We will be glad to advise you on troubleshooting and repair in writing.
