Garage opener # 13953615SR has a 3" plastic gear in the box that is held by 2 pins I can't remove.
I think I need a (according to the chasis assembly diagram) Drive/worm gear kit with grease and roll pins (2) Number: 41A2817 Size:6.1L x 4.1W x 2.3H How do I remove the pins so I cna remove the old gear???

Sorry, I don't have that diagram, but I'm pretty sure you are talking about the star gear that goes out.

There is actually a tool we use in the industry for this purpose. But if you don't have one you can drill out the pin with a drill bit littler than the hole but bigger than the pin. Make sure to disconnect the electric and use protective equipment. Make sure and do a 2x4 safety reversal test after all adjustments. Thanks BB
