Pull cord won't pull out. What needs to be done?
Make sure to review your owners manual to see that you are following the start procedure. If you still have the issue, take the spark plug out and see if it will then pull. If it will, it may just be that some fuel passed through the carburetor and has loaded up in the head causing too much compression. Pull it a few times with the plug out and see if anything comes out of the spark plug hole. If it does, pull a few times to clear, dry the spark plug off completely, then install it and it should start.
If none of that works, I'd recommend taking the machine back to the store where you purchased it and have them exchange it.Member
