Why does my Kenmore dryer light up and beep 3 times even after replacing the display board?
I have a Kenmore dryer model 66941/76941. I ordered a new display board. No matter what I press, it just lights up and beeps 3 times.

The model number you submitted (66941/76941) does not appear to be a model with a display board. You may need to recheck the model number. I recommend looking on the model number plate that is on the dryer.
A triple beep on many of the Kenmore dryers that do have a display board can be caused by a stuck button or two buttons being pressed at once. It can also be caused by a failed main electronic control board that the user interface display board communicates with. A bad wire harness could also cause this problem.I recommend that you resubmit your question with additional details including the full model number of your dryer (off of the model number plate).
