What is causing my garage door opener to only work with the wall control?
We have a keyless entry pad that will not work and the control button in our car(that comes installed in your car) will not work either.

Usually one of 2 things will cause that.
- The wall control is "locked". This prevents anything from working the opener other than the wall control.
- The safety sensors are not working. Not working is a relative term. If they are obstructed that can happen or if they are bad the same thing can happen.
