Does the control cable on mod 917.370561 come with both upper and lower cable attachments?
craftsman rotary lawn mower mod # 917.370561. My drive cable broke. while removing it there are adjustment pieces attached to upper portion of cable and spring and ball attachments on lower end. does the new cable come with those attachments because there is no way they can be added to a new cable. Please help soon - the grass is getting long.

Yes. That comes as a cable "assembly". It shouldn't be just the cable and nothing more.
