Why can't I program both remotes for my garage door opener?
Can only program one clicker at a time, not both. Need to get both clickers working. Read manual already

If you have a key entry device (outside keypad), remove the battery from that and try to program both remotes. If you still have the problem, more than likely there is a problem with the logic board on your opener. If you remove the keypad battery and the problem goes away, you'll need to replace the keypad device.
