Will my garage door opener work with a key less entry keypad device?
The garage door opener is 139.53413 and the external keypad I have is a Sears model. Since my opener does not have a learn button is there any way I can get my outside keypad to work with this opener?

The Opener you have is too old to work with the wireless keypad devices. Yours would have to take a hardwired keypad device, if you could find one anymore. The technology has improved by leaps and bounds since your opener was new and it's just not cost effective anymore to try and bring the older models up to date electronically.
