It's a Poulan Pro model: PR65Y21MA It has fresh gas and a new spark plug.
If the mower sat for any length of time with any gas in it, the carburetor is more than likely the culprit. As the gas begins to break-down, the deposits left behind can stop up the carburetor. It is also possible that the ignition coil has failed and is not producing spark. I would recommend having a qualified technician have a look at your machine to properly diagnose the issue.
