What is causing my garage door opener to be so noisy?
The owner manual says that the opener does not require additional lubrication and do not grease the track. My unit is 4 years old. Model: 139.53924

There could be a number of things causing excess noise from your opener. I would recommend having a technician come out to diagnose the problem.
