How do you know which remotes are compatible with my old Craftsman garage door opener?
I erased all the codes and programmed the new remote and now the old remote will not program. The new remote has grey control buttons and the old remote is 10 years old and has blue control buttons.

In simple terms you can not mix blue button remotes with grey button remotes. You either need all blue button remotes or all grey button remotes.
