I need to re-program my garage door opener for model # 139.53629SRT

I am sending you an image with instructions for programming the remote. Follow the instructions on the image to erase the codes in the memory of the garage door opener logic board before programming.
The memory of the logic board will store 4-6 codes. If the memory is full it won't accept any more codes.
