Why does it sound like a bugle blowing inside my wall when i turn off my water?
Every time i turn off my water in my sink or shower it sounds like a bugle blowing for a couple of seconds inside my wall.

There is likely pressure equalizing when the water is turned off. You can try taking the faucet apart and cleaning it. Another option is replacing the faucet.
