I have a 36 feet wooden ramp for my wheelchair to come in the house for last 3years.how to mantain

Any wood exposed to the weather will deteriorate. This can be slowed by keeping the wood stained or painted. Look at using a deck stain / sealer for this application. If the ramp surface gets damaged from wear you can replace pieces of wood as they wear out.
