How to program the lights on a 3-function remote for a Craftsman garage door opener model 139.53975SRT1?
I want to program one of the smaller buttons to operate the lights. I have already programed the large button for the door.

The buttons on the remote control will not program to turn the garage door opener lights on and off without opening the door.
You can buy a special light and locate it inside the garage and use the buttons on the remote to turn it off and on.The model number for the plug in light control is 139.53686.
