When I program my remotes to my garage door opener, the keypad wont work ,and vice versa. What is wrong?
It's a Craftsman garage door opener, model 139.53975srt1, I can't get both programmed and work at the same time, either one will work or the other.

If you have just replaced the keyless entry or the remotes, you have the wrong one(s).
Your garage door opener is a security+ rolling code model. It will accept the code from any security+ keyless entry or remote. It will also accept the code from an older billion code keyless entry or remote. It will not accept both at the same time.You need to return the product you just replaced and get a security+ replacement.Join this conversation.
