My garage doesn't have a drain or much of a slope. Is there any way to add a drain or slope?

The only practical way to reslope a garage floor is to break up the existing floor and repour a new concrete floor. It is possible to pour a patch layer of concrete on top of the existing floor, but when the concrete is sloped, the "thin" edge will be quite vulnerable to cracking.
If you want to add a drain, a channel about 6" wide is cut in the concrete, and a drain pipe is put into the gravel below. A hole will need to be drilled at the side of the garage for the pipe to exit the garage. To finish off, the channel is filled back in with concrete.Join this conversation.
