How do I reprogram my garage door opener that is opening on its own?
Someone may have the same code as my garage door opener. It is a Craftsman model 139.53910. How do I reprogram the unit.

The procedures for erasing all codes and reprogramming the remotes for your garage door opener are shown in the image below. If you still have problems, you may need to coordinate with your neighbor to unplug their garage door opener to program yours separately and then unplug yours and allow them to reprogram their opener.
