How do I program a remote model 53758 for my Garage Door opener model 139.53674srt1?
I just bought a remote 53758 for my Garage Door opener 139.53674srt1. I follow the instructions to program it, but it does not seem to respond. Does anyone have any input on how to program this remote to my Opener? Any input will be appreciated. Thanks!

Your garage door opener is a security plus rolling code opener. The remote you bought is a billion code remote. Take the remote back and exchange it for a 53680 remote.
Erase all the codes in the logic board by holding down the learn button until the led goes off. You will have to reprogram all remotes. This will ensure the memory on the logic board is not full and will accept your new remote.Join this conversation.
