I had a Craftsman 139.53644SRT. I replaced it with a 139.53930dm. Will the key less entry pad still work?
I replaced the motor (139.53644SRT) with a new motor (139.53930DM). The keyless entry pad (139.53859) doesn't seem to work. How do I reprogram it to work with the new motor/receiver?

Your original garage door opener communicated with the remotes and the keyless entry on 396 mhz. The replacement garage door opener communicates with the remotes and keyless entry on 315 mhz.
They are not compatible, you will need to replace the keyless entry.The part number for the new 315 mhz keyless entry is 53754.Join this conversation.
