I need to know if I must replace a garage door opener keypad or if it can be reprogrammed. Can I program it?
The wired keypad came with a Craftsman 139.53525srt

If you mean the wall control inside the garage it is wired into the opener and if it malfunctions it must be replaced.
If you mean the keyless entry that mounts outside the garage door, it can be reprogrammed. I am sending you an image with the instructions.
