I have the manual for the opener itself (Model 139.53513) but nothing for the keypad - it seems as though the keypad was an optional add-on.
If I am reading your model number correctly you have dip switches on your remotes and on the back of the opener. Your keyless entry is wired to a receiver that is also the wall switch for the garage door opener.
If I am correct you remove the cover from the wall receiver and you should have a slide switch that is marked "program" and "operate". Move the slide switch to program and enter the new 4 digit code. Move the slide switch back to operate and your new code should open the door.If you have a later version of this control, it will not be wired in. When you remove the cover from the wall switch you will see a led and a small learn button. Press the learn button and within 30 seconds enter the new code and press and hold the learn button until the led blinks. If you aren't able to program the keyless entry with either of these 2 methods, send another email and give us a description of your keyless and the numbers off the back of the wall control and we will get you the correct method for programming the keyless.Member
