We just bought our house and I would like some project ideas for storage in the garage.
I would like to see some ideas (racks, peg boards, etc.) for storing tools and keeping the garage clean. It is a total disaster right now. Maybe even some wire covered in plastic hangers or shelves that can hang from the rafters.

I'm not sure if you need any advice - all your ideas are good ones! I'd suggest taking an inventory of what you want to store in the garage, and then visit a hardware or big box store. Many sell organizer systems including hooks, cabinets, shelving, and racks. You might want to start with one area, and expand from there.
