I have an outside clothes line that fell do to erosion of the pole. Where can a get a replacement?

The pole eroded at ground level and I just want to replace the in ground portion where the pole is stabilized.

It sounds like you have a metal pole that has rusted at the bottom. Find a similar size diameter pipe, and also buy a pipe one size smaller that will fit inside it. Try to find galvanized piping, however you could probably get away even with some plastic ABS drain piping used for plumbing. The smaller pipe can be inserted inside both the clothes line and the new pipe, and bolt all 3 pieces together. Another alternative might be to pound a metal fence post (T bar type) down into the ground, and put the clothes line pole over top of it.
