Just wondering what the best way is to insulate a double garage door about 16ft wide?
just wondering what the best insulation is i can put in my garage door? its just a typical double garage door.

The easiest way is to cut pieces of foam board insulation and fit them into the panels of your garage door. However, foam board insulation is flammable and generates a large amount of smoke - when used indoors it is supposed to be covered with drywall or paneling to slow down burning.
Another alternative is to replace the door with an insulated panel door, although this is more costly it would provide better overall insulating value and weather tightness.Join this conversation.
