Does rolling your lawn really help?
Rolling a new lawn to make it level or when you have spread grass seed is helpful. If a lawn has rough bumps, rolling when it is wet helps remove them.
Older established lawns don't need to be packed. Packing established lawns slows the growth of the grass. Aerating established lawns helps the root systems breathe.
