Need a product manual but it won't download?
A search of your website finds my product (Craftsman garage door opener, model 13953675SRT2), but when I click to download the PDF file, nothing happens?

Everything seemed to work fine from so there may be some kind of connection, compatibility, or time-out issue with the computer system.
Some systems will also create a conflict if they are set to block pop-ups, particularly at the linking stage since a pop-up might appear to log you in before linking.
