Is there an asphalt driveway sealer that prevents tracking on carpets or do they all roughly the same?
We have 2 bids to seal our asphalt driveway. The first guy says he uses a "special" sealer to prevent tracking on our floors in the house. The second gave us a bid of $150 less and tells us that is a bunch of baloney because they all use the same sealer with the same ingredients. Who is correct?

Generally sealers are all similar products, however perhaps the one contractor is indeed using a "better" product. I would ask him for a few references so that you can talk to some other homeowners who have had the "special" sealing done. If it's hard for you to get any references from him, I'd say the second contractor is correct.
