How do I control clover in my lawn?
Clover thrives in lawns that aren't adquately fertilized, so one thing you can do is to fertilize the lawn regularly. You don't say what part of the country you live in or what type of grass you have, but as a rule, you should fertilize your lawn once or twice a year. You can find articles about feeding your lawn in the Lawn and Garden Center on this site (look under Ideas and Know-How).
The best way to kill clover is to apply a broadleaf herbicide for lawns, available at any garden center. Look for clover in the list of weeds it kills. The ideal time to apply it for clover control is in the fall.Member
