By treated plywood, I'm assuming you mean pressure-treated wood.

That said, the jury is out on how safe pressure-treated wood is in the garden. There are camps on both sides--some say it's safe, others say it's not. It similar to the debate that goes on with organic foods. Some say that the chemicals used are demonstrated to be safe. Others contend that they're not.

Certainly, if you are not using the compost on edibles, such as vegetables and herbs, you should be quite safe.

On the other hand, if you're using it on edibles, you may want to think twice. The concern is that the chemicals used in the pressure-treating leach out of the wood over time.
