How do I install the belt on my riding lawnmower?
I just got a new belt, part number 131290, for my Craftsman riding lawnmower. I'm sorry to ask but I am a woman and trying to install it myself, do you have a diagram to show how to install the belt?

No need to apologize, we are all a little baffled the first time we see a set of pulleys and belt laying separate, that is the reason diagrams are made.
Unfortunately, your Manage my Home profile was not completed so I have no way to know what model riding mower you have and the belt you mentioned might be used on more than one model. But even if I cannot give you an exact description, there are a couple places you can look.
The first place is the owner's manual. If you complete your Manage my Home profile, you can even view many manuals online and see install instructions. Other spots to look are on top of the mower deck, or any belt shields, or on the tractor just above one side of the deck. Often there are decals in those areas that show the belt routing.
Be sure to watch your hands for sharp edges and be careful not to pinch your fingers with the belt or pulleys or springs as they can have a good deal of force.
