garage door has power,but not moving up or down
when garage door activated,not moving up or down,sounds like main unit is jammed, light comes on but there is no movement serial #41a4315-7

The most likely problem is something binding the garage door or the lift assemblies but if that is okay then it may be an issue with the worm gear/sprocket assembly in the opener itself.
