What is the SRT button?

I need to reprogram the outside key pad . What is the SRT button ?

The "SRT" or "Smart" button is a red button on the overhead garage door opener unit that is used for programming.

I referred to the profile you created at Manage My Home and see that you have model number 13953675 opener. On that model, the SRT button is under the light cover on the same side that has the antenna wire running out of it. Looking at the opener from behind, it should be the right hand side.

Once you locate the button, you can reprogram your Keyless Entry keypad or your remotes using the instructions in the link below. Your main wall control inside the garage is wired directly to the opener and should require no programming.

If the Keyless Entry still will not program, it may have a low battery. The battery is located under a cover on the lower front of the keypad.
