For most of the newer Craftsman openers the instructions in the first link below should work. Your Manage My Home profile did not note which model opener you have and there are different programming instruction for some models so I cannot be certain.

If those instructions do not work, you may need to erase the memory of your opener and reprogram the Keyless Entry and all your remotes following the procedure in the second link below. As a security precaution, the system is design to recognize only a certain number of signals and the programming attempts may have accidentally filled the memory.

If neither of these procedures work, you may want to update your Manage My Home profile and look for the manual online. It may be that you have one of the models that requires a different programming procedure that will be listed in the owner's manual.

This is a great place to go for advice, especially if you're low on funds and you could resolve the problem before calling and paying a service call, if it's an easy fix. I'm glad you are there for me.
