How come the garage door goes down if I hold the wall button, but will go up with one touch?
My garage door opener goes down only if I hold the wall button, but will go up with one touch. Lights on opener flash and the red sensor light flashes even if nothing is in the way. I need the manual also to troubleshoot my problem.

It sounds like the Safety Sensors are not aligned or reading signals from each other. It could also be that one of the sensors has no power or has failed.
