For most newer Craftsman openers you should be able to resolve the problem by erasing the memory and then reprogramming your remotes and keyless entry per the instruction in the link below or in your owner's manual. If your neighbor unplugs his overhead opener unit while you are reprogramming your system the chances of your opener picking up a stray signal from his will be less and there will be less chance of repeating the problem.
If there is still a conflict, your neighbor may need to reprogram his opener while yours is unplugged and then reprogram your opener while his is unplugged.
