How do I program a new code for my keyless entry?

The code was mistakenly reset and is unknown. I can't find the manual for the keyless entry device to re-code it. I need a manual or instructions for re-programming.

The answer I am sending you answers your question of how to reprogram your keyless entry. If the reprogramming instructions don't work, you will need to erase all the codes in your logic board by holding the learn button on the back of the motor unit in until the light goes off, around 10 seconds. The logic board will only retain 6 codes and when you reach that number, it won't accept any codes.

You will then need to reprogram your remotes also. If you want an owners manual for the garage door opener, follow the instructions below.

You can check for the manual online at Manage My Home. On the home page, hold your mouse over the square labeled "HOME" in the upper left of the page. Choose the option "Find product manuals" from the drop-down menu that appears.

Then enter as much information as possible in the search options. If nothing is found, check your product information for errors such as misspellings and be sure you have used only numbers and letters in the model number (no spaces, periods, etc.). The product might also be under another one of the "Category" listings.

If the manual can’t be found there, please call the Manage My Home Member Services Team at 1-800-803-6775, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Central Time. They will be more than happy to help you track down the manual.

This is a great place to go for advice, especially if you're low on funds and you could resolve the problem before calling and paying a service call, if it's an easy fix. I'm glad you are there for me.
